How it works
1

Anonymously add your salary information

Take two minutes to fill out your salary information. It’s 100% anonymous — we never reveal anything publicly that could identify you, and no figure is published until enough people have reported it that your identity can’t be inferred.

2

We collect, anonymize, and aggregate salary data

We build a dataset of compensation for thousands of Canadians across jobs, sectors, and employers.

3

You see what Canadians are earning

Everyone who submits their compensation information and verifies their email gets access to the full index — filter it by industry, role, region and experience.

Questions?

How do you protect my identity?

You have the option of separating your salary data from your email, so that the two live in separate systems with no shared key. That means we couldn’t look yours up if we wanted to, and neither could anyone else.

Why do you ask for my email?

Only to confirm you’re a real person and to unlock the full index. It’s kept in a separate system and isn’t tied to your salary unless you choose to connect it to your salary data so you can manage your submissions.

When do I get access to the data?

Right away. Anyone can see the national picture; verifying your email unlocks filtering by industry, role, region and experience, plus experience bands on individual entries.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes. Nothing that could identify you is ever shown publicly. We never ask who you are, and you can choose to de-link your email and your compensation details. If you’d rather be able to correct your entry later, you can choose to connect it to your account — and disconnect it whenever you like.

Can I remove my submission?

You get a one-time deletion token the moment you submit. Use it any time to permanently erase your row — no email or account required. If you connected the entry to your account, you can delete it from there instead.
